Welcome to Panorama, a 40-story multi-functional complex located on the shores of the Black Sea on Tamar Mephe Avenue, near “Batumi Central”.

The three-story block A seamlessly integrates the foyers of blocks B and C, cafes and restaurants, spas and fitness centers, administration, communal spaces, commercial and office spaces, an outdoor pool, terraces, and a pedestrian bridge connecting to a three-level pier with modern restaurants overlooking the sea. The construction of the complex is planned to be completed in 2026.
